Our Automatic Pouring Machines are designed to increase productivity and also to provide the highest level of pouring accuracy. Pouring by skilled operators is directly automated to reduce defects and eliminate the necessity of working in a hot place. These Automated Pouring Systems also eliminate metal wasting over pours.

    Features of Automatic Pouring Machine

    Four Axis control

    Automatic Pouring Machine comes with four axis control to change pouring point position.

    X axis - movement along the rails

    Y axis – left/right movement of the ladle

    Z axis – up/down movement of the ladle

    W axis – ladle rotation

    Autoinoculation synchronised with pouring

    The inoculation of the material starts and stops automatically while the machine is pouring.

    Auto weighing control system

    To pour right quantity of molten metal, machine is equipped with Weight cells (Load Cells). As per mold bunch weight program can be changed.

    Easy Loading & Unloading of ladle

    The Fabricated ladle has rigid plates, supporting ribs, handle and it is equipped with lifting structure, gear box and forma for lining. Ladle is designed to achieve easy loading and unloading.

    Enclosed Operator Cabin

    The operator cabin is fully enclosed. Operator can control every part of the pouring system. The controls are easy to operate and ergonomic.

    ElectricalControl System

    Automatic Pouring Machine is equipped with PLC based Electrical control Panel. Touch screen HMI and joysticks are used in operating panel which leads to easy operating. Provision of storing data about real time item poured no. of boxes and Automatic temeprature reading & recording is done for further analysis.
